1、降溫系統:冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)通過高(gao)壓差調(diao)節(jie)閥(或變頻(pin)水(shui)泵等)從(cong)不同形式的噴嘴以(yi)霧(wu)狀噴入文丘里管或蒸汽(qi)(qi)管的蒸汽(qi)(qi)中,以(yi)降低蒸汽(qi)(qi)溫度。
2、減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)系統:由減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥和孔板組(zu)成。減(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥通(tong)過改變流通(tong)面積來達(da)到調節壓(ya)(ya)力的目的。
3、降溫(wen)(wen)減(jian)(jian)壓系統:降溫(wen)(wen)系統和減(jian)(jian)壓系統合(he)二為一,減(jian)(jian)小了減(jian)(jian)溫(wen)(wen)減(jian)(jian)壓裝置的整體(ti)尺寸,增加(jia)了技術復(fu)雜度。
4、主(zhu)蒸汽管(guan)體:由混合管(guan)和蒸汽管(guan)組成。根據用戶(hu)提供的(de)參數確定,是(shi)減(jian)溫減(jian)壓裝置的(de)主(zhu)要設(she)備,目的(de)是(shi)將降溫減(jian)壓后的(de)蒸汽送入用戶(hu)所(suo)需的(de)管(guan)道(dao)中。
5、減(jian)溫(wen)減(jian)壓(ya)裝置安(an)全(quan)(quan)系統:為(wei)防止二次蒸汽(qi)壓(ya)力超過規定值,自動開啟(qi)安(an)全(quan)(quan)閥排出(chu)多(duo)余蒸汽(qi),從而(er)達到(dao)減(jian)壓(ya)和(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)保護(hu)的功能。
