1、降溫系統:冷卻水通過高壓(ya)差調節閥(或變頻(pin)水泵等)從不同形(xing)式的(de)(de)噴(pen)嘴以霧狀(zhuang)噴(pen)入文(wen)丘里(li)管(guan)或蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)的(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)中,以降低蒸(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)溫度。
2、減壓(ya)(ya)系統:由減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)和(he)孔(kong)板組成。減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)通過改(gai)變流通面積來達(da)到調節(jie)壓(ya)(ya)力的目的。
3、降溫(wen)(wen)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓系(xi)統:降溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)統和(he)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓系(xi)統合二為一,減(jian)(jian)(jian)小了(le)減(jian)(jian)(jian)溫(wen)(wen)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓裝置(zhi)的(de)整體(ti)尺(chi)寸(cun),增(zeng)加了(le)技術復雜度。
4、主蒸(zheng)汽(qi)管(guan)(guan)體:由混合管(guan)(guan)和(he)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)管(guan)(guan)組成。根據用(yong)戶提供(gong)的(de)參數(shu)確定,是減(jian)溫減(jian)壓裝置的(de)主要(yao)設備,目(mu)的(de)是將(jiang)降(jiang)溫減(jian)壓后(hou)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)送入用(yong)戶所需的(de)管(guan)(guan)道中。
5、減溫(wen)減壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)安全(quan)系統:為防止二次蒸汽壓(ya)力超過規定值,自動開啟安全(quan)閥排出多余蒸汽,從而達(da)到減壓(ya)和安全(quan)保護的功能。
減壓系統采用雙閥座減壓閥結(jie)構,不平(ping)(ping)衡力小(xiao),調(diao)節(jie)范圍大,動(dong)作平(ping)(ping)穩(wen),無卡阻。 減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用文丘(qiu)里管式(shi)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)方式(shi),無傳動部件,減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)水(shui)霧化(hua)效果(guo)好,噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)拆裝(zhuang)方便(bian),減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)減(jian)壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)維修(xiu)方便(bian)。減(jian)壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)與減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)分離,主要用于(yu)惡(e)劣工(gong)況,如蒸汽(qi)流(liu)量低,不適合使用減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)減(jian)壓(ya)閥,飽和蒸汽(qi)(低壓(ya))工(gong)況。減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)減(jian)壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)主要采用文丘(qiu)里管減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)方式(shi),減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)水(shui)充分霧化(hua),達到更好的(de)減(jian)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)效果(guo)
