1、降溫系統:冷卻水通過高壓差調節閥(或(huo)變(bian)頻水泵等)從不同形式的(de)噴嘴以霧狀噴入文丘里管(guan)(guan)或(huo)蒸(zheng)汽管(guan)(guan)的(de)蒸(zheng)汽中(zhong),以降低蒸(zheng)汽溫度。
2、減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統:由減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥和孔板(ban)組成。減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥通過改變流通面積來達(da)到調(diao)節(jie)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的目的。
3、降溫減(jian)壓系統(tong):降溫系統(tong)和減(jian)壓系統(tong)合二為一,減(jian)小了減(jian)溫減(jian)壓裝置的(de)整(zheng)體尺(chi)寸,增加了技術復雜(za)度。
4、主蒸汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)體(ti):由混(hun)合管(guan)和蒸汽(qi)(qi)管(guan)組成。根(gen)據(ju)用戶提供的(de)參數(shu)確(que)定,是(shi)減(jian)溫減(jian)壓裝置(zhi)的(de)主要設(she)備,目的(de)是(shi)將降溫減(jian)壓后的(de)蒸汽(qi)(qi)送入用戶所需的(de)管(guan)道中。
5、減(jian)(jian)溫減(jian)(jian)壓裝置(zhi)安全(quan)系(xi)統:為防止二次蒸汽(qi)壓力超過規定(ding)值,自動(dong)開啟安全(quan)閥排(pai)出多余(yu)蒸汽(qi),從而(er)達到(dao)減(jian)(jian)壓和安全(quan)保護的(de)功能。
